Incoming Quality Control

The HIGH CLASS suppliers are all suppliers who have cooperated with us for many years. HIGH CLASS will regularly evaluate the cooperative suppliers to ensure that the suppliers can guarantee the quality and timeliness of the raw materials provided. For long-term cooperative suppliers, 30% of incoming materials will be sample inspected for each batch of raw materials supplied by the supplier. For new cooperative suppliers, 100% full inspection will be carried out for each batch of raw materials provided by the supplier.

Input Process Quality Control

After confirming the sample with the customer, the workshop will seal the sample. In mass production, our quality inspection team will routinely inspect all aspects of production according to the company's specified production process and quality inspection standards. And according to the sealed samples, the products sampled in each link will be compared and tested to ensure that the products and the samples determined by the customer are of the same quality, function, configuration, and details.

Outgoing Quality Control

The last quality inspection before the product is shipped. The team responsible for the finished product inspection will conduct a 100% complete inspection of the finished product, including the discharge and charging of the lamp, the wiring inside the lamp, solar panels, and batteries. According to the customer's packaging requirements and the requirements of the destination, check the packaging materials, labels, packaging standards, etc. Check the transportation qualifications of the truck before loading, and take pictures after loading.
