PRODUCT FEATURE

Compared with the old version, the light source is the most significant improvement of this upgraded version of WT series solar street lights. Because of the light source upgrade, the brightness of the upgraded version is three times that of the old version. To significantly improve the brightness, we have mainly upgraded the light source as follows:

1. Change the 3030 LED chips to 5050 LED Chips. The luminous area of the 5050 LED chips is 50*50mm, and that of the 3030 is 30*30mm. In addition to the increased luminous area, the luminous efficiency of the 5050 LED chips is also higher than that of the 3030. The luminous efficiency of 5050 LED chips is 140-170lm/w, while the 3030 only has 120- 150lm/w.

2. The number of LED chips has been increased from 50pcs to 64pcs. We used LED chips with higher luminous area and luminous efficiency and increased the number of LED chips.

3. Use a patented optical lens with better light transmittance. The old version uses lenses commonly used in the market, while the upgraded version uses optical lenses independently developed by HIGH CLASS, which has stronger light transmittance.

Regarding light sources, we are improving in all aspects and are committed to giving customers a better lighting experience.

WHY CHOOSE WT SERIES SOLAR STREET LIGHT

As a professional solar street light manufacturer, we have dealt with many potential safety issues in the connection between traditional solar street lights and light arms. Two thin metal covers connect the solar lamp and the lamp arm. Especially for solar street lights with large solar battery capacity, such solar lights are relatively heavy, and the entire weight is pressed on the two connecting metal covers. The metal piece is easy to break over time, and solar streetlights are usually installed on light poles several meters high. If the connecting piece breaks, the solar light will fall and cause a safety accident.

To solve this type of safety hazard, HIGH CLASS has improved the light body and integrated the light and arm into one, replacing the traditional need to use metal connecting pieces to connect the solar street light and the arm. This improved method eliminates safety accidents caused by the breakage of connecting pieces.

PRODUCT FEATURE

Innovation Structure
The innovative structure of the lamp body does not need to be connected to the lamp head and the arm during installation. The solar panel is directly installed on the fixing screws of the lamp body, and the lamp body is directly installed on the wall, which is simple and convenient. And because the lamp body and the arm have been integrated, there is no need to worry about the connection between the lamp head and the arm being blown off.

Die-cast in One Piece
The lamp body is die-cast in one piece without any gaps. When installed, the solar panel is above the lamp body, which can absorb sunlight and block rainwater. The combination of the two makes the waterproof ability of this solar street light even higher.

CREE LED Chips
The use of CREE LED chips has high light efficiency, low light decay, and long service life, significantly improving the lamp's brightness and prolonging the lamp's service life.
